Practice in small or semi-private space,
Safe environment to explore your body and mind and their connection to the breath as ultimate guidance into your own divinity,

In our home-studio setting we also provide you with the opportunity to connect deeper with the teachings of yoga, the teacher and your fellow students and enhancing the sense of community.

We share the common vision of thousand people: self-realization, happiness and peace to all beings.

We think this vision is possible through the regular practice of yoga, positive thinking and self-enquire. As well as eating a healthy diet and the enjoyment of exercising.

As yoginis (female practitioner of yoga) ourselves, we have managed to fit our practice into a busy schedule and would love to share the space and wisdom with you.
